Cultural musical experience - Scupriri Chester Hill
Scupriri is a Sicilian folk ensemble based in Sydney.
Saturday 23 August, 11am-noon
The meaning of ‘scupriri’ in the Sicilian language means to discover, and it’s this sharing, learning and discovery of Sicilian culture that is the heart of the group.
Scupriri is set to delight us with traditional Sicilian tarantellas and serenatis in traditional Sicilian dress, with traditional Sicilian instruments such as the Maranzano and Tamburello.
Come and share this cultural experience with us! Light Italian refreshments will be provided.
Numbers are limited and bookings are now open!
