Lambeth Reserve Play Space
Lambeth Reserve Play Space is being upgraded to a 'Destination Play Space' in line with Council’s Playgrounds and Play Spaces Strategic Plan.
How works may affect you
There will be more trucks than usual and some changed traffic conditions. Parts of the site will be fenced off and closed to the public. Please take care when passing by.
At times, the work may be noisy and create extra dust in the surrounding area. Every effort will be taken to ensure the noise and dust levels will be kept to a minimum.
Located on the banks of the Georges River, the scenic location of Lambeth Reserve is being upgraded to create a unique and high-quality outdoor experience including new play and outdoor gym equipment, enhanced seating and shade and improved pathways.
When will works occur?
Works will occur Monday to Friday between 7am-5pm.
Construction will start mid-August 2025 and is expected to be completed by end-January 2026 – weather permitting.
