Wolli Creek Valley bushwalk: Bexley North to Tempe

Celebrate our natural environment with this guided tour of Wolli Creek Regional Park

Sunday 12 October, 8am-12.30pm

Explore the full length (5km) of the Wolli Creek Valley Walking Track with a local expert. On this walk volunteer members of the Wolli Creek Preservation Society will guide you from Bexley North to Tempe via the Wolli Creek Valley Walking Track. Along the way learn about the cultural and environmental history of the area and how the valley has been preserved by the actions of community volunteers.

This is a medium-hard grade 5km walk with some sections of the trail over uneven ground. It may include the pre-historic Wave Rock, the historic Jackson Place cottages and an ascent of Nannygoat Hill (optional).

Registrations for this event will open from 9am, 24 September.

Note: the walk is not suitable for children under 12 years. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the event. It is not suitable for prams or people with limited mobility.
