Yoga by the river
Join us for a restorative riverside yoga and meditation session.
Saturday 15 November, 8-10am
Reflect, reset and reconnect by the water as Yogi Stanja guides you through mindful movements, breath awareness and stillness. The session will be divided into two parts – guided yoga and mindfulness, followed by a gentle walk to further immerse yourself in nature and learn how we can work together to protect and conserve our environment.
What to bring: Attendees must bring their own mats and any other supporting equipment such as blocks.
Cost: A small fee ($10) applies to secure your spot and ensure attendance.
Registrations for this event will open from 9am, 22 October.
Note: The activity is not suitable for children under 12 years. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present for the duration of the event.
